When you submit the scheduling form we receive the details you enter: work email, and optionally your name, company, the role you are hiring for, the interview formats you want, and the number of interviews. We also record that the submission came from our landing page.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, confirm the role and interview formats, and follow up about working together. We do not use it for unrelated marketing programs.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share your submission with other companies except the service providers that deliver our email, and only as needed to deliver it.

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent at any time and we will do so, subject to any records we need to keep for legitimate business reasons.
